I love writing novels but it can be real work. Maybe I should try something simpler, like say… writing songs. But what would I write songs about?

What else?rawhide

(Sung to the tune of Rahide)

Bloggin’ Bloggin’ Bloggin’

Keep bloggin’, bloggin’, bloggin’,
Though I’m slow in the noggin’,
Keep those phalanges bloggin’ Writing!
Don’t try to understand it,
Just think, arrange and type it,
Soon the sentences will be singing.
Boy my brain’s calculatin’,
The words are correlatin’, be correlatin’ at the end of their string.

handsThink ‘em up, sound ‘em out,
Sound ‘em out, spell ‘em on,
Spell ‘em up, write ‘em down, Writing!
Muse ‘em out, prose ‘em in
Prose ‘em in, simile ‘em out,
Syntax ‘em out, climax ‘em in, Writing!

Bloggin’ Bloggin’ Bloggin’

Hmm. A little tougher than I thought. Maybe I should try poetry.
poetry
Writing is to be read
Reading is to be wrote
Short stories are sweet
But not as sweet as a quote

Yoiks. Poetry’s out.

Fine. Just fine. Guess I’ll stick to novels.

It was a dark and stormy night…snoopy
